Border City Coding offers a variety of program formats throughout the year. Below you’ll find current scheduling options and pricing details to help you choose the program that best fits your child and your family.
Fall Evening Coding Program ($300 Includes GST):
Level 1: Tuesdays from 4:30-6 PM; Sept 8 - Nov 17, 2026
Level 2: Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 PM; Sept 9 - Nov 18, 2026
Fall Evening 3D Printing Program ($300 Includes GST):
Wednesdays from 4:30-6 PM; Sept 9 - Nov 18, 2026
Fall Evening Minecraft Meetup ($300 Includes GST):
Thursdays from 4:30-6 PM; Sept 10 - Nov 19, 2026

Camps are designed so students can attend even if it’s their first experience with coding or Minecraft Education.

Border City Coding programs require advance planning, offer small group sizes, and limited spots. For this reason, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all programs unless otherwise stated.
If a program is cancelled by Border City Coding (for example, due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer payment to a future program.
More than 14 days before the program start date:
A full refund will be issued, minus a small administrative fee ($25).
7–14 days before the program start date:
A partial refund may be issued, or families may choose to transfer their registration to a future program, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the program start date:
Refunds are not available. Payment may be transferred to a future program at the discretion of Border City Coding Club.
No refunds are provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts.
If a student withdraws after a program has begun, refunds are not available for unused sessions.
Border City Coding understands that unexpected situations can arise. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of being fair and reasonable whenever possible.
Border City Coding reserves the right to make minor schedule, staffing, or program adjustments when necessary to ensure a positive experience for students.
