Evening Coding Program (Level 1 & Level 2)

Format

• Weekly evening sessions

• Runs in 10 week sessions

• Same day/time each week

School Break Camps (Minecraft OR Coding)

Format

• 1–2 day camps during school breaks

• Full-day sessions

• Focused on a single tool or theme

Typical Schedule

• Daytime (e.g., 9:00–4:00)

• Offered on select school year breaks

Camps are designed so students can attend even if it’s their first experience with coding or Minecraft Education.

Weeklong Summer Camps — Schedule & Pricing

Weeklong Summer Camps (Tech-Focused)

Format

• Monday–Friday camps

• Mix of guided challenges and open-ended projects

• Minecraft Educaiton, 3D Printing, and Scratch Coding

Typical Schedule

• Full-day

• Offered throughout July and August

Weeklong camps provide extended time for deeper learning, creativity, and collaboration.

Payment & Policies

• Registration is confirmed once payment is received

• Limited spots available per program with minimum number of participants to run programs 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Border City Coding programs require advance planning, offer small group sizes, and limited spots. For this reason, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all programs unless otherwise stated.

Program Cancellations by Border City Coding

If a program is cancelled by Border City Coding (for example, due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer payment to a future program.

Cancellations by Families – Evening Programs & Camps

• More than 14 days before the program start date:
  A full refund will be issued, minus a small administrative fee ($25).

• 7–14 days before the program start date:
  A partial refund may be issued, or families may choose to transfer their registration to a future program, subject to availability.

• Less than 7 days before the program start date:
  Refunds are not available. Payment may be transferred to a future program at the discretion of Border City Coding Club.

Missed Sessions & Early Withdrawal

• No refunds are provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts.

• If a student withdraws after a program has begun, refunds are not available for unused sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances

Border City Coding understands that unexpected situations can arise. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of being fair and reasonable whenever possible.

Program Changes

Border City Coding reserves the right to make minor schedule, staffing, or program adjustments when necessary to ensure a positive experience for students.
